SOUTHERN SIERRA CLASSIC

AUG 30 - SEPT 2, 2024

Kern River Valley, CA

WHAT IS THE SOUTHERN SIERRA CLASSIC?

The SSC is a vintage motorcycle rally set in the southern tip of the Sierra Nevada Mountains held over the Labor Day weekend.  Home base is the south side of Lake Isabella.  The road loops explore rare & picturesque roads on the western side of the Sierras, reaching as far north as the Trail of 100 Giants.  Each day will consist of a loop of 200 miles of paved road.  But the roads are not the only treat at this rally…

Proper coffee & a hearty breakfast will be served both mornings before the ride.   Friday we will have a meet and greet at a local spot.  Saturday's BBQ will be a treat, with locally sourced meat & crafted cowboy sides.  The Sunday rally banquet will be held in the hotel’s saloon, their specialty being prime rib.  Field games & happy hour will be held Saturday afternoon & a bike show & awards will keep us busy before dinner on Sunday.  Lunch stops will be at unique country roadhouses, as charming as their food is delicious.  The Southern Sierra Classic invites you to take a break and treat yourself to a weekend of culinary & riding excellence!
